Interior design styles – Tuscany
Tuscana, a city in central Italy, is known for its medieval, neoclassical architecture.
However, the city also has an eclectic mix of styles, and it’s all being rendered by a team of interior designers from the Italian state-owned company Guggenheim.
In a project called Interior Design Style, the designers are using their own personal style as inspiration, creating a collection of interior design inspired by Tuscans famous traditional design.
The project aims to bring together a range of styles to help to create a visual experience in which all of the elements are in the right place, according to Gugendheim.
“I think the most important aspect of the interior design project is the collaboration with the architect, and the collaboration between the interior designers and the architect,” said Gugenheim, whose firm also works with major brands like Adidas and Gucci.
“The project is about the idea of design, about making the best of a particular situation.
This is how I think it is possible to create an environment in which we can feel and experience life in a way that we are not normally able to.”
The project, which is currently underway, has attracted support from the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Italian government and the Ministry of Culture.
It will be published in Italian in January.
